Online Registration is now closed.
If you wish to check availability of places at the conference please telephone 1-202-659-9024. Advance registration for the Micronutrient Forum is required, but there is no registration fee to participate.
After you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please contact the Micronutrient Forum Secretariat at mnforum@ilsi.org.
Residents of Turkey: The registration of the national participants will be done by the Ministry of Health of Turkey by invitation.
When You Arrive
Pre-registered participants may pick up their name badge and final program at the Ceylan InterContinental Hotel from 1600 - 1900 hrs on the evening of Sunday, 15 April. Upon arrival at the hotel, visit the on-site registration desk, where you will receive your meeting materials. Registrations will continue and meeting sessions will begin on Monday morning, 16 April at the same hotel. We encourage early registration for all those who arrive by Sunday afternoon.
Study Tour
Istanbul Halk Ekmek (public bread company) & Istanbul Sightseeing Tour

Departure from Ceylan InterContinetal Istanbul Hotel at 10:30 am. Visit to Istanbul Halk Ekmek Factory. In Turkey, bread is widely consumed, and has the potential to improve the nutritional status of a large proportion of both poor and wealthy people. Participants will learn about Istanbul Halk Ekmek’s plans and process for fortification of their bread with micronutrients.
After departing the bread factory, participants will visit the 11th century St. Chora Church in the Chora complex which is the most important Byzantine Monument in Istanbul after St. Sophia. Its mosaics and frescos are internationally recognized as the second best in the world after Ravenna Italy. The tour will continue to the Grand Bazaar, driving along the city walls from 5th century AD.

Exhibits
The Micronutrient Forum Meeting will provide an opportunity for participants to display materials relating to project activities, as well as training and educational opportunities. Simple, tabletop exhibits will be on display for the meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday. Space is limited and prior approval is required to exhibit relevant materials. If you are interested in exhibiting materials at the meeting, please complete the Exhibit Application Form and return by 15 February 2007.

Satellite Meeting Request Form
If you wish to hold an satellite meeting during the Micronutrient Forum Meeting, please complete the Satellite Meeting Request Form and return by 1 March 2007. After receiving your completed form, the secretariat will work with you to reserve space at the hotel for your meeting. We prefer that you work through the secretariat to reserve your meeting space and ask that you not contact the hotel directly. You are responsible for all costs associated with your meeting.
